A technologist’s curiosity.
An enterprise seller’s
perspective.

I’m Ansh. I started a business at 23 and learned quickly that building a product and making the first sale are very different problems. Since then, I’ve sold technology across India, Dubai and Canada, spanning cloud, data, AI and governance.

I’m drawn to frontier technology, the people adopting it and the value it creates. I work from first principles, ask plenty of questions, and keep learning from customers, peers and mentors.

01 / THE PERSONTHE CAREER BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE

The path into
technology sales.

A startup at 23. Enterprise selling across regions. Today, data and AI adoption in Canada.

TODAY, BACK TO 2012

The moves were deliberate: closer to the technology, bigger customer problems, and new markets to understand. Building a company early taught me to take risks with my eyes open.

2025–NOWAI-native modernization and agentszeb / Director Sales, Canada · Databricks Practice~US$2M closed · 13+ enterprise logos

I built zeb’s Canadian Databricks sales motion and have closed US$1.95M in business, including a US$1M strategic deal. Enterprise wins include a leading global frozen-potato producer, a major Canadian retailer and a global athletic-apparel company.

Today my focus is AI-native modernization, governed data and agentic applications. I connect executive priorities with Databricks field teams, technical qualification and a commercial path to adoption.

2023–2025Enterprise data and AI in CanadaCelebal Technologies / AVP & Country Head~CAD$600K → CAD$4M annual bookings

As Celebal’s first Canadian seller, I grew annual bookings from approximately CAD$600K to CAD$4M in year two, closed a CAD$1.5M strategic deal and recruited four sellers.

The Microsoft and Databricks business served enterprises across utilities, financial services, manufacturing and retail. I worked with executive buyers and partner teams through business cases, RFPs, procurement and production.

2022–2023Selling the product, inside RedisRedis / Digital-native accountsUS$600K bookings · First two quarters

I joined Redis as an Account Executive, selling its in-memory platform directly to digital-native businesses. In my first two quarters, I closed US$600K in bookings, representing US$1.5M in total contract value.

I owned US$1M in net-new targets and US$100K in renewal targets, with responsibility from technical evaluation and negotiation through expansion.

2020–2022Scaling cloud and analytics adoptionSearce / South AsiaUS$2.4M book of business · US$1M revenue quota

At Searce, I closed a US$2.4M book of business across cloud consumption and services while carrying a US$1M revenue quota.

I built the Data & Analytics go-to-market with Google Cloud, AWS and NVIDIA across South Asia, translating platform capabilities into customer use cases and partner-led opportunities.

2019–2020Strategy, then applied AIIIM Bangalore · Quantiphi / North America focusMBA · US$2M incremental topline at Quantiphi

I completed a full-time MBA in Marketing & Strategy at IIM Bangalore, then joined Quantiphi in go-to-market and sales enablement for North America.

Working across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and NVIDIA alliances, I contributed US$2M in incremental topline and generated another US$850K through inside-sales and RFP sourcing. This was my move into applied AI and machine learning at enterprise scale.

2015–2019From devices to enterprise technologyFly Telecom · Kochar · LogiNext / Dubai & India22-country launch · Enterprise IoT & SaaS

At Fly Telecom in Dubai, I helped launch Wileyfox across 22 countries and collaborated on Android One, contributing to 150,000 device sales. At Kochar, I generated US$1M+ in revenue, including a US$120K IoT engagement with a major Indian telecom operator.

LogiNext took me into logistics SaaS, with US$300K ARR and wins at global consumer-goods and healthcare enterprises. Selling across regions made cultural context as important as the product pitch.

2012–2015Products & entrepreneurshipSAR Group · Global Xpress / IndiaCo-founded at 23 · 50+ clients

After smartphone product management at SAR Group, I co-founded Global Xpress. We signed 50+ clients, generated US$150K+ in first-year revenue and built a five-person team.

I learned the whole business, from product and the first sale to procurement and cash flow. The company eventually failed. That lesson in the difference between revenue and a sustainable business stayed with me.

Enterprise sales
across both.

I’m a pure-play tech seller. I’ve scaled systems integrator and product businesses across markets, focused on data, AI and governance.

My job is to understand the technology, connect it to a problem worth solving, and build the commercial case for adoption.
